It's all based in a delicious
Hyaluronic Acid serum – our favourite active transport agent and moisturisation

This serum is unusually stable
as Vitamin C serums go, due to the multiple cofactors, including Tocotrienols,
Ferulic Acid, flavonoids, Green, Rooibos and Vata teas,
and Grapeskin extract.
It also smells nice - a subtle
natural scent which everyone seems to like.
Note: Research implies that the
UV protection* and collagen boosting effects of Ascorbic Acid are not
very significant below 10% concentration, but get pretty good by about 15% and continue
improving up to about 20%. Then they level out. Hence Orthoderma's 16%
and 22% options.
If you have never used an Ascorbic
Acid serum before, start with
16% and see how you like
it. If you are a Vitamin C old-timer you will know whether
22% suits you.
We highly recommend using an oil-based
moisturiser
after C-sational. It’s not the same without one.

Vitamin-C serum made with 6% Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate - that's
twice as much as research says is required for a level of collagen stimulation
and UV protection similar to Ascorbic Acid!!

MAP-C is a clean, simple Hyaluronic
Acid serum, great for layering with other products. It smells gently yummy
too, due to the Organic Bulgarian Rose Floral Water (which means real
organic Rose Essential Oil!).
Did you know…? Research says that
Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate (SAP) is a measly 10% as effective
at stimulating collagen as Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate (MAP)?
That's right,
MAP is 10 times stronger than SAP. That's why you'll never see cheap SAP in Orthoderma
products!
pH = 7 (Neutral) Required for the action of MAP on the skin. Do not
layer with very acidic products as this may affect MAP-C’s efficacy.

In fact, trials show long-term beneficial effects of DMAE on the appearance of forehead
